Isn’t it great?
It’s so tasty and crunchy, and it keeps fresh for ages if you put it in water, and it fits nicely into a pint glass like a bouquet of tasty green crunchy flowers.
The leaves are pretty amazing too, and celery is VITAL in stocks and soups, risotto and stews. I can think of a good reason to include celery in anything that you want to taste good.
Its also good on its own. or with cream cheese skooshed up the middle of it, yeah.
Gosh, I do really love celery.
